We will configure at "Branch1" Router and it's LAN first
Branch1>enable
Branch1#conf t
Branch1(config)#int f1/0
Branch1(config-if)# ip add 172.16.3.161 255.255.255.240
Branch1(config-if)# no shutdown
Branch1(config-if)#exit
Branch1(config)# do show ip interface brief
Branch1(config)#int f0/0
Branch1(config-if)#ip add 172.16.2.1 255.255.255.0
Branch1(config-if)#no shutdown
Branch1(config-if)#exit
Branch1(config)# do show ip interface brief
Branch1(config)#do show ip route
Branch1(config)#ip route 172.16.3.128 255.255.255.224 f0/0
Branch1(config)#ip route 172.16.3.0 255.255.255.128 f0/0
Branch1(config)#ip route 172.16.0.0 255.255.254.0 f0/0
Branch1(config)#do show ip route
Branch1(config)#exit
Branch1# copy running-config startup-config

PC1:
VPSC> ip 172.16.3.173/28 gateway 172.16.3.161

We will configure at "HeadOffice" Router and it's LAN Secondly

HeadOffice(config-if)#exit
HeadOffice(config)# do show ip interface brief

HeadOffice(config-if)#ip add 172.16.3.129 255.255.255.224
HeadOffice(config-if)#no shutdown
HeadOffice(config-if)#exit
HeadOffice(config)# do show ip interface brief
HeadOffice(config)#int f0/0
HeadOffice(config-if)#ip add 172.16.3.1 255.255.255.128
HeadOffice(config-if)#no shutdown
HeadOffice(config-if)#exit
HeadOffice(config)# do show ip interface brief
HeadOffice(config)#do show ip route

Branch2(config)#do show ip route
Branch2(config)#ip route 172.16.2.0 255.255.255.0 f1/0
Branch2(config)#ip route 172.16.3.160 255.255.255.240 f1/0
Branch2(config)#ip route 172.16.3.128 255.255.254.224 f1/0
Branch2(config)#do show ip route
Branch2(config)#exit
Branch2# copy running-config startup-config
We will configure at "PC5" & "PC6"
PC5:
VPSC> ip 172.16.3.253/23 gateway 1172.16.0.1
VPSC> save
PC6:
VPSC> ip 172.16.3.252/23 gateway 172.16.0.1
VPSC> save

Lastly You can check now by *(ping or trace) command that all are works or not.
