  আমরা এপ্লিকেশন লেয়ার এর প্রোটোকল গুলো একটা ছোট্ট টাস্ক এর মাধ্যমে মনে রাখার চেষ্টা করবো এখন।  টাস্ক : আপনাকে বলা হলো , আপনি আজ বিকাল ৫ টায় সিলেট ব্রাঞ্চের একটা সিসকো রাউটার এ রিমোটলি  ঢুকে  ভিপিএন কনফিগার করে দিবেন। এটাই আপনার ছোট্ট একটা টাস্ক যেটা আপনাকে ইমেইল এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হয়েছে।  আসুন এখন দেখি তাহলে , এই টাস্ক টি সম্পূর্ণ করার জন্য আপনাকে কখন এবং  কি কি প্রোটোকল ব্যবহার করতে হবে।   এই টাস্ক টি সম্পূর্ণ করার জন্য আপনি প্রথমে আপনার ল্যাপটপ বা ডেস্কটপ ওপেন করে দেখুন যে আপনার PC তে IP কনফিগারেশন ঠিক ভাবে রাউটার থেকে পেয়েছে কিনা। অর্থাৎ রাউটার আপনাকে IP , Subnet Mask , Gateway , DNS এর IP ঠিক ভাবে দিয়েছে কিনা।  এটা আসলে কিভাবে সম্ভব ?   আপনার PC যখন আপনি ওপেন করলেন তখন আপনার PC থেকে একটা রিকোয়েস্ট সার্ভার এর কাছে যাচ্ছে এই বলে যে - আপনার উত্তরের তথ্য গুলো দরকার। এটাকে আমরা বলছি DHCP রিকোয়েস্ট। আপনার PC যেহেতু এই রিকোয়েস্ট টি করছে , সো আপনার PC হচ্ছে DHCP  ক্লায়েন্ট।  DHCP ক্লায়েন্ট এর পোর্ট নম্বর হচ্ছে - ৬৮।  আর আপনাকে...
